Information Density — The Lens

Classify each sentence as substantive or hollow. Grounding markers — numbers, currencies, dates, technical units, named entities — outweigh marketing adjectives. When fluff sits right next to hard evidence, the fluff is forgiven.

Info Density Power-words vs. Substance ratio.

Information density is high, with a low fluff-to-substance ratio. The site avoids generic H1 power words, opting for descriptive titles like Transforming Health & Empowering Families with Evidence-Based Nutrition. Body text provides hard metrics such as 134 certified instructors, 16 countries, and 20,000 students. Specific medical data, such as reducing cholesterol from 260 to 186 in 9 months, provides concrete evidence rather than vague wellness promises.

Information Density is read straight from the body copy: how much of the text carries grounded, checkable substance versus hollow filler. Below is the clean text the engine analyzed, then the industry’s known generic-claim patterns to weigh it against.

[H2] Testimonials
Katherine Lawrence has helped a great many people put the power of nutrition to work to regain their health. Her down-to-earth and patient approach and many practical tips make the process of improving your diet easy, rewarding and often life-changing. -Neal Barnard MD FACCPresident, Physicians Committee for Responsible MedicineI have always had an interest in nutrition, eating well, and staying as fit as I could to weather life’s ups and downs. After a very stressful and difficult time with family illness and loss, I knew I had internalized the agony and my body needed to get back on track. Blood tests showed that my cholesterol was high, I was showing signs of GERD, I had bouts of insomnia and I could feel the inflammation. I was determined to turn things around without medications, so my search began. My niece discovered Katherine Lawrence’s classes and my siblings, niece and I decided to attend her class on preventing heart disease. I was in awe of Katherine’s story and her ability to reverse her own disease. From that day on, I started my journey to wellness through nutritional and lifestyle changes. My health is back on track; I’m energetic and feel good and I am so grateful. I’ve used several of Katherine’s recipes and incorporated nutritional lessons, and no longer have GERD. I reduced my cholesterol from 260 to 186 in 9 months without medication. Wow!I am now an advocate because I know that food can save you too! My only regret is that I didn’t learn about this when I was in my 20’s. -MaryAnne C.I met Katherine (Katie) Lawrence in November 2016 when I began working for her business, Food Saved Me, a company that offered cooking classes focused on health and nutrition. At the time, I was trying to incorporate healthier eating into my life but hadn’t fully committed. Katherine’s classes opened my eyes to the incredible power of plant-based nutrition. Her vast knowledge, with over 17 years of experience, and her engaging teaching style made the principles of healthy eating practical and approachable—even for someone like me, who grew up on soul food and Creole cooking.Fast forward to September 2022, when I experienced a life-threatening scare with blood pressure readings in the stroke range. I reached out to Katie, and her response was immediate and heartfelt. She was genuinely committed to my well-being, offering not just encouragement but practical, actionable guidance. She reminded me of the undeniable link between what we eat and our health outcomes. Her reassurance and expertise gave me the confidence to take steps toward better health and ultimately inspired me to become more mindful of my food choices. What sets Katie apart is her ability to connect with people on a deeply personal level. Her own powerful testimony of the healing potential of food makes her guidance trustworthy and relatable. She doesn’t just teach nutrition—she embodies it, making her a true advocate for health and healing. Katherine has a unique gift for simplifying complex nutritional concepts, breaking them down into actionable steps that are both realistic and transformative.Whether you’re hiring her as a speaker or attending one of her classes, I can confidently say that Katherine Lawrence will leave a lasting impression. Her passion, expertise, and ability to inspire could very well change your life for the better—just as she’s changed mine.-Jacquelyne Samuels

Katherine Lawrence is a globally recognized nutritionist and Board-Certified Autism Specialist with more than 17 years of experience teaching whole-food, plant-based nutrition. She has taught over 20,000 students in Texas while building a multi-million-dollar sales business, becoming a published author (African American Nutrition), and founding a nonprofit called Food Saved Me Institute. After serving in Iraq with the USAF, Katherine moved to Texas to work as an aerospace engineer.
