Experience remedial and professional massage in the comfort of your own home with a highly qualified massage and reflexology therapist. I come to your home with all the massage equipment and park in front of your house. You need to provide parking, a room with enough space to walk around the plinth, a chair and a glass of water.First time clients must book in directly online themselves. All bookings are made 72 hours in advance to allow for route planning and are prepaid. Appointments are stacked from 1st to last or vise versa to avoid being in traffic more than necessary. For health and safety reasons no children or pets allowed in the room when the treatment is being carried out in. Parking must be provided outside of home or in underground carpark of apartment block near the access door. Fees, if applicable, are payable by the client or a parking disc provided and must cover massage time plus 15 minutes. [H4] What is lymphatic drainage massage and what are its benefits?
Lymphatic drainage massage is a very gentle massage that stimulates the lymph nodes to work better with very gentle strokes. It helps improve your body's overall functions by increasing the flow delivering nutrients to the body and collecting waste. It is really well suited to people with sluggish immune systems, oedema, lymphedema and post surgery recovery, especially cosmetic surgery.
[H4] Do you work with people with medical conditions?
Yes. Having lost a family member to cancer in 2020 and learning to help them with massage and reflexology I discovered I really  liked working with people with medical ailments. So much so that I trained in medical massage which has had a really beneficial affect on my clients.
[H4] Are oncology massage and reflexology safe during cancer treatment?
For most clients, yes it is. In fact it will often help them to relax and sleep better. It can help with dealing with neuropathy after chemo or radiotherapy when they are really sensitive. A client's oncologist will tell them if a massage or reflexology treatment isn't safe for them, but most clients it is.
[H4] What are the benefits of pregnancy massage and when should I schedule it?
You must be over 12 weeks pregnant to book a massage and a regular massage every month up to 6 months and then every 3 weeks up to 8 months, then weekly until delivery are what most of my regular pregnant clients opt for. Massage helps the mother to relax and unwind, it also helps to ease out the stress her body is going through growing a new human and this allows her time to bond with her growing baby. For some pregnant clients massage has helped alleviate the symptoms of hyperemesis gravidarum which is chronic morning sickness that lasts the whole or most of the pregnancy.
[H4] What massage add-ons do you offer to enhance my treatment?
Add-ons can only be booked as part of a normal treatment. It adds a touch of luxury to it. There are four options to choose from Scalp massage; Face massage; Hand massage and Foot massage.
[H4] How do I know what massage treatment is best for me?
If you are just looking to relax then usually holistic massage or Indian head massage is best. If you have really tight and sore muscles then deep tissue massage is best. If you don't really like the idea of being touched, then reflexology is best for you. The others are pretty much self-explanatory.
