The Yoga Lodge
(https://theyogalodge.ie) 📸 Data Snapshot: May 19, 2026Pull the main entities out of the H1, then check whether they actually recur through the body. A page that announces one thing and then talks about another drifts. Headings with no real sentences underneath read as pseudo-substance.
There is a significant temporal disconnect between the homepage announcement (The Yoga Lodge is closing its doors) and the sub-pages which still feature active Book Now calls-to-action and scheduling details for studio classes. While the Bali retreat (May 2026) aligns with the current system date, the failure to update sub-page CTAs for the studio closure creates a user-experience mismatch.
Semantic Coherence is read from the heading hierarchy first: what each page announces in its H1 and headings, then whether the body actually delivers on it. Below is the structure the engine mapped, followed by the clean text to check for drift between promise and reality.

Go to timetable [H1] The Yoga Lodge is closing its doors It is with a heavy heart that I share with you all that The Yoga Lodge will be closing its doors, at least for the time being. While yoga has always been my superpower, I have reached my limit and need a well-deserved break. I also want to dedicate more energy to my studies. The Yoga Lodge was created with a simple yet meaningful purpose: to share the transformative benefits of yoga, foster inclusivity, and highlight the importance of breath and mobility in daily life. Over the past six years, I have had the privilege of meeting many remarkable individuals—far beyond their physical presence. Each of you brought your stories, your joys, your challenges, and your unique spirit. Through these encounters, I have grown personally and gained invaluable professional experiences. The path I walk today has been shaped and inspired by all of you who have joined my classes and supported this journey. My heart is full and deeply grateful for every one of you. Your trust and energy inspired me to pursue physiotherapy, striving to become an exceptional clinician while remaining guided by my instincts. While this chapter is closing, my journey continues. I will be teaching at BaliBreatheaway from 18th to 28th May 2026 and would love to see you there, joining an incredible group of participants already signed up. I will also continue my 1 on 1 classes. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your continued support, your trust, and for allowing me to get to know each of you. It has truly been an honor. Our final session will be a Candlelight Restorative yoga class at 7 pm on the closing day, and I would be delighted to share that special moment with you. [H2] Classes explore our “The pose beginns when you want to leave it.” Our mission is to make yoga accessible for everyone, regardless of size, shape and/or health/medical condition. The short description of our classes are here to help you choose. If you are still unsure what class would suit you the best, please read through our FAQ. [H2] FAQ I am new to yoga, what class should I start with? For those who are new to yoga we recommend Gentle Hatha, Functional yoga, Core Care, Stretch & Release, and Restorative yoga classes to beginn with. What if I am not flexible to practice yoga? You do not need to be flexible to do yoga. Flexibility is the result of a regular, blanced yoga practice. What if it’s too much for me and I can’t keep up? Take each class at your own pace. Listen to your body and work with it. Accept its limitations, its only temporary. Breathe, your body is amazing! I had a baby x weeks ago, what class should I start with? Its recommended to wait for doc’s all clear before getting back to regular exercises. Regardless of way of delivery. Once you have that, we do offer Mum/Parent & Baby Yoga, Women’s well-being and gentle Hatha yoga classes. All of these were designed to help the postpartum body ease back into active lifestyle. Can I attend regular yoga classes while pregnant? Congratulations on your pregnancy! The coming days and weeks are truly special, therefor we do offer prenatal yoga classes, especially designed for the changing body, both emotionally and physically. Restorative yoga class is also available for expectant mums. [H2] Practicing in the heat Keep hydrated during the day, drink loads before you come to class. You can add electrolites to your water or drink coconut water. It has electrolites aleady Avoid heavy meals at least 2 hours beofe class starts The room is heated to warm the muscles and allow you to work deeper in a shorter period of time. You are massaging organs, glands and deep tissues in the body. As you work deep within your body, you will start releasing toxinsthrough your skin, that have been storred there for long time. Sweating helps to flush toxins from your body. Bring your own mat size, non slippery towel to cover the mat and prepare to sweat Take only small sips of water during class Be mindful! Heat allows deeper stretches, therefore its easy to go over the limits of your body. You may feel nauseous or dizzy during class. Come to child’s pose or lie down on your back and join back when you are ready.
