Information Density — The Lens

Classify each sentence as substantive or hollow. Grounding markers — numbers, currencies, dates, technical units, named entities — outweigh marketing adjectives. When fluff sits right next to hard evidence, the fluff is forgiven.

Info Density Power-words vs. Substance ratio.

90% Reputation

Information density is exceptionally high for this industry. Instead of generic ‘healing’ claims, the site lists specific clinical conditions such as De Quervain’s syndrome, Texter’s thumb, and Lateral epicondylitis. The body substance ratio is high, with detailed technical explanations of Motor Point Acupuncture and Myofascial Decompression. There is almost zero heading fluff, as most headings (H2-H4) are used for service categorization or pricing.

Information Density is read straight from the body copy: how much of the text carries grounded, checkable substance versus hollow filler. Below is the clean text the engine analyzed, then the industry’s known generic-claim patterns to weigh it against.

[H2] Acupuncture
How does it work?

By inserting fine, hair-thin needles, the nervous system is receiving signal to the brain to release endorphins / enkephalins and to increase vascular functioning in the stimulated area of the body. This results in relief of pain, relaxation of muscle tissues and improved blood circulation in the area.

Motor Point Acupuncture (Electro-Stimulation) is used to stimulate a single muscle or groups of muscles in order to restore their full capacity to fire and release. This method targets overloaded, tight and inhibited muscle groups and is very effective for musculoskeletal injuries, muscle tightness, pain and reduced mobility. It is also very effective in reducing joint pain and inflammation.

Trigger Point / Dry Needling Acupuncture is done on tight bands of muscles and fascia (knots). These tight bands can cause movement restriction and pain. Through needle manipulation into the muscle, an involuntary contraction is provoked. This results in relaxation of initially tight fibres of the muscle and reduction of pain.

Myofascial Decompression (Cupping) soft tissue treatment technique using a negative pressure suction to manipulate the skin and underlying soft tissues. It helps to move stagnant blood, release tightness and improve blood circulation of the tissue.

[H4] Chinese Herbal Medicine
Herbal Therapy is a core and essence of Chinese Medicine, which incorporates thousands of years of knowledge and experience. It used to be and to a degree still is the main method of treating diseases in China. It utilises thousands of various plants, minerals and shells to help restore and maintain healthy, thriving and vigorous body throughout entire life. Its approach to treating diseases is never just to alleviate symptoms but to identify the cause of disesase and to help the body to regulate by itself as much as possible.
For my patients, I use the most convenient, modern option - herbal granules, which are ready to ingest, without the need of boiling for a long period of time.Service Information

[H1] About
My StoryI graduated in Acupuncture at the Acupuncture Foundation Ireland in Dublin and practised Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Renji Hospital in Shanghai, China.
I have spent several months in Wudangshan, China where I studied Daoist Medicine, Dao Yin, Tai Chi and Inner Cultivation under the Abbot - Li Shifu at Five Immortals Temple, Wudang Mountains.
I have also trained in Wudang style Kung Fu: Ji Ben Quan, Xuan Wu Quan and Ba Gua Zhang, Wudang Tai Chi 28 Style, Five Animals Qi Gong at Wudang Daoist Kung Fu School with Master Chen Shi Yu, as well as Laojun Yangsheng Gong under Master Bi Laoshi.

Human health and wellbeing have always been my core interest. While still in Poland I was studying Psychology and constantly looking for the most effective methods of healing that aimed at the actual root of the problem, not just the symptoms. During my stays in China, I discovered traditional methods of healing disease and preserving health: Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qi Gong, Tai Chi and Chinese Martial Arts. Knowledge of these arts allowed me to understand the strong connection between mind and body, how they influence each other and how important it is to stay healthy, not only on the physical but also on the mental, emotional and spiritual level. I strongly believe that Traditional Chinese Medicine, together with the Chinese system of health-preserving exercises and combined with contemporary knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology, is a powerful tool to enhance health and happiness in life.
