Zero Gravity Float
(https://zerogravityfloat.ie) 📸 Data Snapshot: May 19, 2026Pull the main entities out of the H1, then check whether they actually recur through the body. A page that announces one thing and then talks about another drifts. Headings with no real sentences underneath read as pseudo-substance.
There is virtually zero semantic drift between the homepage promises and the sub-page delivery. The H1 Floatation & Massage Therapy on the homepage is directly supported by the Float Therapy Benefits page and the Massage Jobs page, which details specific modalities like Swedish and Reflexology. The Frequently Asked Questions page further reinforces the core value proposition with granular operational details.
Semantic Coherence is read from the heading hierarchy first: what each page announces in its H1 and headings, then whether the body actually delivers on it. Below is the structure the engine mapped, followed by the clean text to check for drift between promise and reality.

[H1] Float Therapy Benefits Instead of fear and anxiety in isolation, most people experience deep relaxation, with physical and mental benefits that continue well beyond the floatation experience. Learn more about float therapy benefits here. [H2] Float therapy benefits A float tank environment reduces most sensory inputs and influences that cause stress and allows you to experience total physical and mental relaxation, your whole nervous system glides into a state of stable balance placing the body into a deep state of rest and relaxation. Your body lowers its levels of cortisol, the main chemical component of stress. In one recent float study nearly 75% of the entire sample, and 82% of the severely anxious subgroup, reported that they had achieved more relaxation with Floatation-REST than any of the other treatments or techniques they had tried in the past. Most notice a steady decline in muscle tension during their floats. The float tank gravity-reduced environment allows our body to decompress, especially throughout the muscle, joints and the spinal column, boosting blood flow and easing tension. It is the combination of these elements that floating can benefit arthritis, fatigue, back pain, migraine, inflammation, and psychosomatic pain. Studies were done with improved methodology at the Swedish Research Centre in 2001, showing a marked change in post-float brains in the areas of consciousness, cognition, imagination, and personality. Free from external stimuli consciousness exploration becomes possible and infinite in the tank. Floating allows your body and mind to rest much easier each night if sleeping is an issue. The float tanks environment has a powerful and profound affect on the body’s ability to reset natural sleep cycles. Our clients often tell us about the blissful night of sleep they have after their float. A regular float practice can help improve precision and consistency, and floating after an intense workout or injury can reduce recovery time. In a recent float study athletes reported feeling significant reduction in perceived muscle soreness, feeling less worn-out, less tired, more relaxed and more fresh post float. Epsom salt has been used for relaxing sore muscles and joints since it was discovered in the town of Epsom England. Everything you experience while floating comes from within yourself. It’s the perfect time to reflect on your life, and reports of creative and personal insights abound. Float tanks can also be thought of as training wheels for meditation. In a float tank, you have the opportunity to be more mindful than pretty much any other environment in the world. The float tank is the prime environment for absorbing information. Free from distractions, our minds are ready to devote themselves to learning and retaining knowledge. The float tank gives us an extended period of time in the Theta state. Theta waves are generated primarily from the right hemisphere of our brain. Because of this, float tanks are amazing at enhancing our right hemispheric activities, such as creativity, inspiration, and non-linear thought.

SUB-PAGE (https://zerogravityfloat.ie/float-tank-faq/) Float tank FAQ | Frequently Asked Questions about Floating
[H1] Frequently Asked Float Tank FAQ People float to relieve stress, recover from injuries, fight addiction, eliminate chronic pain, and much more. Read on to learn more from our FAQ's. These are some of the most frequently asked float tank questions we receive, if you have more please email us info@zerogravityfloat.ie What are the main benefits of floating? Specifically, floating provides significant reduction in pain, muscle tension, stress and anxiety. You are also likely to experience total serenity and peacefulness, an increased sense of well-being, and feeling completely refreshed like the reset button was hit. Do I need to bring anything with me for my float? Nope, just yourself. Fresh towels, optional earplugs, SLS free body wash, shampoo, conditioner and everything else that you might need are provided. If you have long hair you might want to bring a hairbrush or a comb we have a hairdryer and make up room. If you wear contacts bring your contact case, or wear glasses to make it easy before you hop in the float tank. How are the float tanks kept clean? Our float tank solution is sanitised for 30 minutes between floats with a powerful UV filtration system, a 1-10 micron bag filter to capture any contaminants or debris and we use food grade hydrogen peroxide as a disinfectant. All our tanks interiors and all touch points are sanitised after every float. Everything in our float rooms is replaced or cleaned and all our tanks are fully ventilated for a full 60 minutes between floats. I’ve just dyed my hair, can I float? If you’ve had your hair dyed recently and colour is still running when you take a shower wait a couple more days or showers before scheduling you float. What do I need to do before floating? Come relaxed and ready to let go. We provide everything else! Your time in the tank will be much more beneficial if you arrive ready to relax. Make sure to not drink caffeine at least 6 hours prior to your float to ensure your body can reach a deep state of relaxation. Try to not shave the day of your float. How many times do I need to float to see results? The great thing is that the benefits happen with just one float. Floating consistency yields even greater results. Expect to go 2-3 times before you really notice the difference floating can make for you. It takes a few times for your body to adjust to this unique environment. This is the reason we offer a great value month to month membership for only €54 per float. We highly recommend you float once a week for at least 3 weeks, if you can’t float once a week try floating twice a month and make your mind up after 3 floats if floatation therapy is benefitting your life like it has ours. This really is the perfect way to find out if floatation therapy is right for you. What do I wear in the tank? We encourage and highly recommend for you to float naked without any swimwear, shorts or any other types of clothing, our float pools are completely private and 100% secure plus you get the most from the sensory experience by eliminating all distractions. Is this like Altered States? Yes, but you’re not submerged in water, you don’t eat ritualistic mushrooms, and only a small percentage of floaters turn into proto-human monkeys. Can I drown in the tank? What if I fall asleep? Nope. Some people fall asleep, but the water is so buoyant you stay afloat. The 10 inches of water in the float tank is very dense thanks to over 500 kilograms of Epsom salt. It is extremely buoyant and will support your body completely. Turning over in the tank is very difficult, but if you should manage it, the salt in the water would sting your eyes and wake you immediately. What if I am claustrophobic? People with claustrophobia consistently report no problems with floating, even in smaller sized float tanks. You are in complete control of the environment. You have the ability to open the door to the Dreampod Max or our larger Ocean float room at any time or feel free to leave a light on if you wish. Is floating good for expectant mums? Pregnant woman probably get more relief from floating than most people. The extra weight carried by the mother-to-be can be very stressful due to the forces of gravity. Floating eliminates the negative effects of gravity which can cause joint pain, inflammation, and stress on the organs as well as the unborn baby. We recommend expectant mums to not float until after the 1st trimester of pregnancy, and any risky pregnancy or medical history should always be checked and permission sought from their GP or specialist. I just got a tattoo, should I float? Floating in salt water and fresh tattoos do not mix! Not only could floating with a fresh tattoo be painful but the salt water solution could cause fading or discoloration of your tattoo and permanently ruin its aesthetic appeal. How long you should wait before floating depends on the tattoo and how quickly it heals, we recommend holding off scheduling your float until your tattoo artist says that it’s all right to do so, as a rule of thumb we suggest waiting at least 4-6 weeks. What are the Float Membership Benefits? Member pay only €49 for each float, get a FREE Birthday float, can come early & extend floats for FREE, Members can bring a friend or grab a Gift Card for €49, all we ask from you is a 6 month minimum commitment. Do I have to wear earplugs? Earplugs are provided and are optional, we do highly recommend you use these as they will keep the salt water from getting in your ears and will also help with completely sound proofing your float tank experience. If you have a history of ear issues including infections, and are concerned about getting water in your ears, you may want to bring earplugs you trust to protect your ears or use our new neck pillows to keep your ears above the water. Can I bring a friend? Absolutely. You can bring two as we have three float tanks so you can all be scheduled to float at the same time. It can be great to have someone around to talk to about your float tank experience afterwards. Are there people who shouldn't float? You will not be allowed to float if you have any of the following conditions or situations: Infectious skin or respiratory disorders, open wounds, Incontinence, Epilepsy or serious mental conditions, a high-risk pregnancy, have hair colour/treatment within 7 days, are under the influence of any drug or alcohol. Can I float if I have my period? Yes. you can float while menstruating. Just use the appropriate sanitary products (tampons or menstrual cups). Treat it like going to a swimming pool while on your period. Pro tip: if you happen to be using a tampon, consider coating the string with petroleum jelly (provided in the room) to prevent salt water from wicking into the tampon. What if I can't swim? No problem. No swimming skills required. All you need to do is know how to lay back and relax. If you are able to do that in your bed at night, you are good to go. What are the differences in your tanks? Tanks come in a variety of shapes and forms. All models of float tank vary in style and aesthetics, but this has little impact on the quality or experience of the float. Currently we have two types of tanks, the Dream pod Max and the Ocean Float room this can be booked as a single or a double float. What temperature is the water ? The temperature of the water is kept at 34.5 degrees Celsius, the average external temperature of the human body. This is a temperature known as skin-receptor neutral, meaning the water creates no cues for the skin to report as tactile stimulation. [H2] Don't use the float tank If: You will not be allowed to float if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. You are in your first trimester of pregnancy You’ve received a tattoo in the last 4-6 weeks. You’ve had any type of hair colour/treatment within the past week and the colour is still running while you take a shower (or leaves traces of dye on towels).
