Across our clinics, we offer a wide range of treatments including sports massage, deep tissue massage, back massage, Swedish massage, Indian head massage, hot stone massage, pregnancy massage and manual lymphatic drainage. We also provide complementary health therapies, including reflexology, acupuncture, osteopathy and physiotherapy at selected clinics.
Adjust Massage was founded in Nottingham in 2014 and now has clinics in West Bridgford, Beeston and Mapperley, as well as Sheffield, Sutton Coldfield and Market Harborough. While each clinic offers a slightly different range of treatments, our approach remains the same: providing professional, personalised care tailored to your individual needs.

Sports Massage - A strong massage, specific to a certain area of the body that is giving you trouble. The first massage includes a consultation where the therapist will ask questions and check your movement & posture to ascertain what the problem is.

Deep Tissue / Remedial Massage - Generally a strong massage, but the pressure can be tailored to suit you. This massage is aimed at releasing tension with less focus on fixing a specific problem.

Injury Rehab - Injury specific rehabilitation. Perfect for helping strengthen after a sprained ankle or dislocated shoulder. It can also help address muscular imbalances.

Physiotherapy - Physio can help improve the functional movement of muscles and joints as well as reduce musculoskeletal pain.

Osteopathy - Osteopathy specialises in treating chronic and re-occurring muscular, skeletal and neurological pain.

Pregnancy Massage - Designed specifically for pregnant ladies, this massage can either help with muscular issues caused by the pregnancy. Or can focus on providing pure relaxation before the baby arrives. please tell the therapist your preference.

Back Massage - 45 minutes or 1 hour of massage specifically on your back neck and shoulders.

Swedish Massage - This full-body massage uses oil and a lighter pressure, to provide a deeply relaxing experience.

Indian Head Massage - This massage uses techniques to relax the scalp, face, neck, arms and upper back to help you de-stress.

Reflexology - Working with pressure points on the feet, bringing the body into balance & stimulating the body's healing processes.

Acupuncture - Acupuncture may be helpful for a wide variety of medical conditions such as migraines, arthritis, fertility issues, IBS, acute or chronic pain, anxiety or stress-related issues, and back pain. We offer both Medial and Traditional acupuncture.

Hot Stone Massage - Smooth heated stones are laid on the skin to warm the muscles, before they are used to massage the body.

Pregnancy is an amazing time in your life and it's important that you take good care of yourself.
Pregnancy or antenatal massage can be enjoyed from 12 weeks onwards. It has a wonderful range of benefits for prenatal women. As pregnancy progresses, it's common for women to experience more niggles & discomfort. A pregnancy massage helps to alleviate the pregnancy aches and pains that can occur, such as back & hip ache.
Pregnancy massage encourages endorphin release, which helps to tackle any anxiety she may be feeling, which in turn helps to reduce stress. Reducing stress in an antenatal woman is important, as it is thought that stress can be passed onto babies in the womb. Happy mum, happy baby!
Prior to any pregnancy massage, a full health questionnaire and consultation is completed to ensure that it is safe to proceed with the massage.

The majority of our clients come to us complaining about some kind of back discomfort, such as lower back pain, a stiff neck or aching shoulders. These common niggles often come about from bad posture and the day-to-day tasks of modern life. We offer a 1-hour and a 45-minute, good old back massage, aimed at tackling the general aches and pains we all get in our backs. The back massage includes a variety of techniques, to iron out the muscle tension that is often responsible for causing the pain experienced in our backs. The pressure is measured to your preference, ranging from strong to more relaxing.
